About Purchasing
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store and add any item that you wish to buy in to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have placed an item in your shopping basket that you do not need you can make changes by clicking on View Basket, this can be found by going back to the home page. Make your changes and press update. This can only be done if you have not completed the order.
If the item(s) you have ordered is / are not in stock you will be advised accordingly and be sent a progress report of the expected delivery time.
We accept all major credit / debit cards, including Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Solo.
You may send your credit card information via telephone or using the internet. You can also pay by cheque or postal order made payable to X-MENSCLOTHING. No goods will be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Handling
Make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel (Monday - Friday) and remember to indicate the required size of garment(s) ordered.
Goods delivered inside the UK are sent Recorded (1st Class) or Special Delivery (Guranteed next day) services pending on size and weight of the package.
Outside the UK: Parcel Force Euro 48 shipping service will be used for customers wishing goods to be shipped to countries outside the UK (inc. Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern & Southern Ireland). Delivery is gauranteed for 2 - 3 days. X-MENSCLOTHING.COM will not be held responsible for any items delayed in the post. This service requires a signature upon delivery address. Shipping costs differ depending on destination and weight of the insured package.
UK orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day and will be delivered between 1 - 2 working days (not at weekends for Special Delivery), however this service is not guaranteed. International Shipping will obviously take longer to be delivered and will normally require a signature.
Inside the UK: Upon delivery of goods a signature will be required. If nobody is present at the delivery address, a calling card will be left and the item returned to the Sorting Office for collection with proof of ID. If you require item(s) to be delivered to an alternative address, for example you work address, friend or relative please specify on the ordering page.
UK Delivery Charges
Orders under 1kg will be sent Recorded Delivery (1 - 2 days)
Orders over 1kg will be sent Special Delivery (next day)
X-MENSCLOTHING will not gaurantee or be held responsible for goods delayed in transit though we strive to endeavour all deliveries arrive in the specified time. There is no binding contract between us in this respect and the customer is not entitled to a refund or any part thereof if the post is delayed for whatever reason.
Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail though we reserve the right to use any other courier / shipping company we deem appropriate.
Please note that we will always try to get your order despatched as quickly as possible, though if there is likely to be a delay we will advise you accordingly.
International Delivery Charges
Orders under 2kg will be shipped to Europe, USA, Canada & Rest of World using Royal Mail International Shipping which will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Orders over 2kg and under 10kg will be shipped using Parcel Force Euro 48 Delivery Service.
Please note that we will always try to get your order despatched as quickly as possible, though if there is likely to be a delay we will advise you accordingly.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you, ie keep the order until stock is available. You will always be emailed in this event with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

This is a secure site. Additionally we do not release any information to third parties.
When the order is placed on our web site, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you need to return any items please tdo so within 28 days.
1. Include a note indicating whether a refund, exchange or replacement is required, along with a copy of your receipt.
2. If you are returning your order to exchange for a different size you will need to include a cheque / cash / postal order to cover the return carriage of your goods. Cheque payable to

4. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, ensuring that the goods are packaged correctly. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office. This cost is not met by 'X-MENSCLOTHING'.
